Giuliana's 8 month update!

 Giuliana is 8 months!

 Now that she is mobile this is pretty much how are monthly photos usually go!

This month has been full of exploring and bumps and bruises!  Giuliana has pretty much mastered crawling and is pulling herself up and walking along the furniture. She'll even let go and stand alone for a few seconds.

Her first tooth is finally coming in! It hasn't popped through but at least I can see it! This also means what few items that hadn't made it to her mouth have now :) We often find her gnawing on the coffee table and most recently the bottom drawer of the freezer. We've learned to get in and out if the freezer pretty quickly nowadays.

This month Giuliana also experienced her first cold complete with a fever. It's pretty nerve wracking to have a sick baby as a first time mom but thanks to my mom we made it through.

Our poor little girl couldn't breathe through her nose :(

Giuliana loves Mauricio's guitar. He keeps it next to her changing table and will often serenade her after he's changed her. When he's not around I often catch her staring at it and smiling. 

I love the pure happiness you see in her face right here. My mom bought Giuliana her first princess doll, Snow White. I could not get the doll out of the box fast enough!

 And it went straight into her mouth!
