Giuliana's 4 month update!

Giuliana turned 4 months on Tuesday! Where has the time gone?! I feel like it was just yesterday that we brought her home and now we're getting ready to baby proof the house and start solid foods in the next few months! Monday was Giuliana's 4 month appointment. She is 12.6 pounds and in the 28 percentile for her weight. She is in the 24 percentile for her head and 51 percentile for her height. We saw so much change and growth in our little girl last month. She is officially rolling over! She is also grabbing at her toys more and talking up a storm. It is so neat to see her personality more and more each day.

I bought Giuliana a Halloween sleeper and she just couldn't take her eyes off the stripes! I tried my best to get a picture of her smiling but she wouldn't look up long enough for me to get a picture.

This month I decided to make homemade baby wipes and we love them! I cut a paper towel roll in half then folded the paper towels. Mixed a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of Aveeno Baby Wash into 1 cup of hot water. I let the paper towels absorb the mixture for 10 minutes then transferred the wipes into an empty Huggies wipe container I had. These wipes are much softer on Giuliana, cost effective and alcohol free.

This month Giuliana started rolling over! She had been trying for weeks and I had my video camera on her trying to catch it on video. Unfortunately, I didn't get it on video but I did get a picture of the tail end of her rolling over for the first time. Man, when she started rolling over her activity level was like night and day! She's squirming all over the place. She tries to roll over on her changing pad, on the bed, in her bouncy seat...everywhere!

Here she is smiling in her sleep. I could look at this face all day!

We don't let Giuliana watch tv. She is completely enamored by it but we turn her away when we catch her staring at it. The other day I caught her like this watching tv! Those little arms are so cute! She looks like such a big girl here :)

Haha so cute! I love how crafty you are, making your own wipes.. Giuliana looks like her dad watching TV! Her smiles in her sleep are funny!! I think she's just too affordable :-)

She gets cuter every month! She is starting to get chubby thighs and it is so cute. Cool idea about the baby wipes! xoxo
