Tomorrow is the first day of the Fall quarter...ugh. Although, I can't finish if I don't start right? :)
1. I'm taking 22 units this quarter...can you say NO life? Who needs sleep anyways right???
2. Here's my Class Schedule for this quarter:
-Hospitality Operations Analysis Seminar Service Learning
-Hospitality Industry Finance
-Food and Beverage Operations Lecture
-Food and Beverage Operations Lab (this is the class that will keep me working in the restaurant until 11:00 pm every day)
-Professional Work Experience
3. Save The Date: I will be the Service Manager at The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 21 - FRIDAY, JANUARY 23. This is the Collins College of Hospitality Management's restaurant on the Cal Poly Pomona campus. I would love to see everyone there!! It's a unique experience to see students as the managers, servers, cooks, etc. I'll post more info later.
4. I officially graduate: MARCH 20! Commencement ceromonies are not until June but I will finally be done in March!
