HIT! HIT! HIT!

Today mom and i attended our first cycling class...Royal, a soulful, energetic man kicked our behinds into shape. well at least pointed us in the right direction...haha. Class started a little late because us newbies had to learn a few basics of cycling. (Mom insulted Royal by bringing a, what seemed like a 5" X 5", towel). While I found my new fave exercise mom was not much of a fan.
